What is a pre-order?
When you pre-order a design, that means that you're helping to fund the production of the item! This is beneficial to both me and you, because pre-orders will ALWAYS be steeply discounted! If an item is a pre-order, it will either have the term "Pre-order" in the listing title or on the listing description! If the item you're viewing does not have this in the title or description, it is in stock & ready to ship!
Typical pre-order wait time is around 3-6 weeks!
Pre-order wait times will ALWAYS be laid out in the item's listing page! It will say something akin to " This item is expected to arrive around mid (enter month here) to late (enter month here)"

How long until my order is shipped/ what shipping service do you use?
I kindly ask that all customers give us at LEAST 7 business days to ship an order. Our shop has a small team of 3 people who work on shipping all our orders! ALL packages are sent via USPS.
If you ever need an order for a specific date, please feel free to send an email! Please keep in mind that we require some time to answer emails & we can't always accommodate every deadline, but we will do our best!
The item I want is out of stock! Will it be restocked?
Because NattyCat is still a pretty small business, we often don't have the resources to restock most items unless there is a very large demand!
This is especially true for backpacks, bags & wallets. Most of these items will be single-run productions, meaning they will not be returning to the shop. If you see a bag/wallet/backpack you like, you should definately consider snagging it while you can!
Some items, like enamel pins and lanyards, will typically restock every 3-6 months.
Items that are Limited Edition (or LE) will not restock once they're sold out!
